A sure way to loosen up is to sketch while on the Amtrak Acella Express traveling to NYC for the National Architects Conference. Seems smooth until you pull out your pens. Noodlers black ink in a Pilot Maliki fountain pen and a Stillman and Burn Beta Sketchbook.

Outside of Architecture, I have always had a passion for sketching that started as the focus of European Studies Program through Oklahoma State University. I keep daily sketchbook journals and travel journals when I have the opportunity to travel. A Sketchbook Odyssey will allow me to explore my corner of the world and document my observations in pen & ink, watercolor and pencil.
